摘　　要：本文从"长尾理论"与"零增长理论"的概念入手,指出了各自存在的缺点,论述了这两个不同理论对文献资源建设提供的启示。By starting with the concept of the long tail theory and the zero growth theory, the paper points out their shortcoming and discusses the revelation that long tail theory and zero growth theory bring for the information resources construction.
