公办高校利益相关者共同治理机制的理论诠释与现实动因

摘　　要：我国现行的公办高校治理机制是一种典型的党政权力二元化治理格局,它具有浓厚的计划经济的时代烙印。随着社会主义民主法制建设的不断完善以及全体公民意识的不断增强,这种治理机制已经越来越不适应现代高校的迅速发展和各种利益诉求,一种各利益相关者广泛参与的共同治理机制正在从理论和现实上逐步走上成熟。Our state-run universities＇ governance mechanism is a typical dualization pattern combining with the Party and government power, which has a strong mark of the planned economy era. With the perfecting of socialist democracy and legal system and with the enhancing of citizens＇ consciousness, this mechanism can not increasingly meet with the need of the rapid development of modem universities and the appeals of various interests. A co-governance mechanism, based on the extensive participation of all stakeholders, has grown up step by step from theory to practice.
