摘 要:作为校园环境的核心——大学生人际环境系统,冲突常常发生。大学生人际环境系统的冲突主要表现为师生之间的冲突和学生之间的冲突。无论是师生之间的冲突还是学生之间的冲突,都会影响大学和谐校园的建设,影响大学生所在集体的人际关系与人际氛围,不利于大学生的心理健康,更不利于大学生的成长。因此,要加强对大学生人际环境系统的管理。通常对大学生人际环境系统的管理主要采取科学管理、柔性管理和目标管理等三种管理方法。这三种管理方法对于大学生人际环境系统管理来说具有广泛的指导意义。University students interpersonal environment system is the core of the campus environment. However, conflicts often occur. There are mainly two kinds of conflicts, which exist either between teacher and student or within students. Any kind of conflicts will affect the construction of harmonious campus, and ruin the interpersonal relation- ships and the atmosphere of the student community. These conflicts are not only harmful to students' personal psychological health, but also restrain students' socialization. Therefore, it's necessary to strengthen the management of the interpersonal environment system on campus. Usually, three strategies can be employed to manage the system, including scientific management, flexible management and goal management. These three strategies will have considerable significance on the managements of college student interpersonal environment system.
