摘　　要：以铝型材挤压模为研究对象,进行失效形式分析。通过宏观、微观分析,运用有限元软件对其进行接触计算,获得摩擦应力云图,得出摩擦是挤压模失效的主要原因,从而提出预防失效的措施。Taking the aluminum section extrusion die as the object of study, carries on the failure mode analysis. Through macroscopic, microscopic analysis, carries on the contact computation using the finite element software to it, obtains the frictional stress cloud chart, the analysis friction causes the reason which the extrusion die expires, thus proposed the prevention expires measure.
