摘　　要：分析了宁夏科技人力资源总量、供求、结构及产出现状,讨论了宁夏科技人力资源发展中存在的问题,提出了宁夏科技人力资源开发的战略措施。In this paper, the authors analyzed total quantity, supply and demand, structure and output status of Ningxia humanresource in science and technology. Then, the authors expounded existent problems, and put forward measures of developing human resource in science and technology.
