The Synergistic Effect on the Dye Decolorization and the Degradation of ProcionBlue MX-R Using Ultrasonic-Photocatalysis

摘  要:在TiO2超声波-光催化悬浮体系中,以普施安蓝MX-R为模型污染物,考察了超声波对MX-R溶液和含Fe3+的MX-R溶液光催化脱色和降解CODCr的协同作用。结果表明:在MX-R溶液和含Fe3+的MX-R溶液的脱色和降解CODCr过程中,超声波和光催化均存在协同作用,且脱色的协同作用均大于降解CODCr的协同作用,其脱色的协同效应值分别为0.297和0.018,降解CODCr的协同效应值分别为0.0057和0.0015;在含Fe3+的MX-R溶液超声波-光催化的脱色和降解CODCr过程中,超声波可以提高溶液中Fe3+俘获光催化剂TiO2表面光生电子的能力。In the Ti02 suspension system with ultrasonic-photocatalysis method, with Procion Blue MX-R as the modelpollutant, the effects of ultrasonic on the decolorization and the degradation of ultrasonic-photocatalysis oxidation were investigated in MX-R solution and in MX-R solution containing Fe^3+ ions. Results demonstrated that the ultrasonic and the photocatalysis exist co-operation function in the process of the decolorizafion and the degradation CODα for the MX-R solution and the MX-R solution containing Fe^3+ ions, its synergisms of the decolorization were much more greater than the degradation, its synergistic values of decolorization were 0.297 and 0.018 respectively, and its synergistic values of degradation CODα were 0.005 7 and 0.001 5 respectively; In the process of the decolorization and the degradation CODa for the solution containing Fe3+ ions using ultrasonic-photocatalysis method, the ultrasonic can enhance the capacity that Fe3+ ions in the MX-R solution captures photoelectron on the TiO2 surface.
