摘　　要：建立了太阳能光伏发电成本计算模型,并编制了相应计算软件;利用该软件分析讨论了电池效率等因素与发电成本的关系;并对近年来光伏产业界高度关注的精炼冶金级(UMG)硅料的应用效益进行了定量分析。A model of photovoltaic power costs is established, and the relevant calculation software is provided; the relationship between the efficiency of the cell and other factors with power costs are analyzed and discussed by this software. And the photovoltaic applications of the UMG-Si were quantitative analyzed.
