预拼装轻质蒸压加气混凝土大板的设计与施工

摘　　要：结合新加坡环球影城工程实践，对蒸压加工气混凝土大板的预拼装设计和施工安装技术进行了研究。介绍了蒸压加工气混凝土大板的构造和设计计算，详细介绍了大板的安装流程、现场拼装、前期拼装、连接构件、吊装准备和吊装施工，提出了施工过程中的安装要求和注意事项。工程实践表明，该技术解决了荷载过大、结构安全等问题，保证了工程的顺利进行。Based on engineering practice in Universal Studios Singapore,authors make research on preassembly design and installation technology of autoclaved aerated large concrete panel.Structure and calculation of autoclaved aerated large concrete panel are introduced, meanwhile,installation flows ,on site and prophase assembling, connective component,preparation and construction of hoisting are introduced in detail.Authors propose installation requirements and attentions in construction.The practice shows that, this technology solves problems of big load and structure safety and makes the construction smooth.
