摘 要:以钢铁盐酸酸洗废液和氯化铝为原料,制备了聚合氯化铝亚铁系列混凝剂———CPAF(Fe2+).通过高岭土模拟水样混凝试验确定,n(Al3+)∶n(Fe2+)=9∶1,碱化度=2.0的CPAF(Fe2+)性能最佳.研究了CPAF(Fe2+)对印染废水的处理效果,结果表明:CPAF(Fe2+)在最佳浓度2.0 mmol/L下浊度去除率、色度去除率分别为92.1%、88.23%,当pH=8时浊度去除率、色度去除率最高,可达90.56%、85.29%;CPAF(Fe2+)的脱色效果优于聚合氯化铝铁-CPAF(Fe3+)和聚合氯化铝-PAC.Taking waste liquor from steel-cleaning in hydrochloric acid and aluminum chloride as raw materials, a series of polymerization aluminum-ferrous chloride coagulants were prepared. The result of coagulation tests were performed by using simulated suspension containing kaotinite indicated that when molar ratio of Al^3+ and Fe^2+ was 9:1, basicity was 2.0, the property of the products was the best. The treatment effect of CPAF(Fe^2+) in printing and dyeing wastewater was investigated. The results indicated that the removal ratio of turbidity and chromaticity were 92.1% and 88.23% under the optimal dosage of 2.0 mmol/L of CPAF(Fe^2+). The removal ratio was recorded as high as 90.56% and 85.29%, respectively under the optimal pH = 8. Compared with CPAF(Fe^3+) and PAC, the discoloration efficiency of CPAF(Fe^2+) was superior.
