摘　　要：体育运动学校是一种教学、训练相结合的新型体制,它既是中专性质的学校,也是我国业余训练的重要组成部分,培养目标是为国家培养有文化的优秀运动员。陕西省中等体育运动学校存在的问题:生源不足,人才培养效益不高,学校经费投入不足,学生就业难,教练员方面趋于年轻化、学历结构不合理、执教能力有待提高等。Sports School is a secondary competitive sports school, which has a new combination of teaching and training. This type of shool is also the major part of national amateur training. These schools are aim to train literate and excellent athletes for nation. There are many problems at secondary competitive sports colleges in Shaanxi Province. The lacking of students, bad effect of teaching, shortage of money, difficulty of seeking a job for students, non-experience of coaches, unreason of academic degree setting and low level of teaching bring out so many problems.
