摘　　要：在推进高等教育科学发展的改革和发展进程中,地方性本科院校应遵照我国事业单位国有资产管理办法的要求,建立资产共建共享共用管理机制,努力提高资产的整体运营绩效,充分发挥资产的使用效益,促进学校的科学发展.文章在阐述构建地方性本科院校资产共建共享共用管理机制的重要意义和遵循原则的基础上,提出了构建地方性本科院校资产共建共享共用管理机制的基本思路.In the reform and development process of higher education, local undergraduate colleges should follow requirements of administrative system of state-owned assets in Chinese public institution, establishmanagement mechanism of co-construction and sharing assets, improve the operating performance of assets,give full play to utilization benefit of assets, and promote the scientific development of the school. Based on the significance and principle of management mechanism construction of co-construction and sharing assets in local undergraduate colleges, the article advances basic ideas of management mechanism construction of co-construction and sharing assets in local undergraduate colleges.
