海西经济建设环境下档案服务的思考

摘　　要：在海西经济建设环境下,档案工作主动贴近海西经济建设是新的形势发展需要.当前,档案工作的服务意识与人员素质有待进一步提高,信息资源开发、服务方式与数字化时代要求存在差距.因此,在服务目标与队伍素质准确定位的同时,增强服务的主动性,提高服务质量,加强信息资源建设等,是海西经济建设环境下档案服务的主要措施.Under the circumstance of the Western-strait Economic Zone construction, it is of necessity for archive services to actively gear with the Zone＇s economic construction which forms a new development situation Nowadays, custom-centered service as well as staff quality should be strengthened; there exists a gap under the demand of digital era in terms of information resources exploitation, service modes. Therefore, not only should the service goal gears accurately with staff quality, but also should service quality be raised as well as information resources construction be strengthened, which constitutes major measures of archive service under Western-strait Economic Zone construction.
