清代青海“蒙藏分治”政策下的蒙藏关系变迁述略

摘　　要：自平定罗卜藏丹津之后,清朝为实现对青海的完全统治,实行了"蒙藏分治"政策,对青海社会产生了重大影响。利用文献档案史料全面阐述清廷的"蒙藏分治"政策,进而深入分析青海地区蒙藏关系发生变迁的原因以及蒙藏冲突的表现,旨在全面客观地看待青海蒙藏历史。After the rebel events of Luo Bu Zang Dan Jin was Repressed, The Qing Dynasty had begun to implement the policy for ＂separate the Mongolia and the Tibetan＂ in the Qinghai area in order to rule completely the Qinghai areas. The policy had the major impact on the society of the Qinghai areas. This article analyzed the policy oF＇separate the Mongolia and the Tibetan＂ in Qing dynasty and explained the cause that the relation changed in the Mongolia and the Tibetan in the Qinghai areas by using the history material. in order to analyzed the Mongolia and Tibetan＇s history comprehensively and objectively in the Qinghai areas.
