摘 要:采用二元相图提取活度公式,分别在正规溶液和R ichardson假设条件下,计算了42个二元液态合金体系两组元活度,并与相应的活度实验值比较,所获得的总平均相对误差为:含固溶体体系为6.9%和5.8%;分层体系为7.0%和5.4%;含化合物体系为18%和16%;简单共晶体系为6.5%和7.1%.结果表明由含固溶体相图、分层体系相图、共晶相图提取活度,有效性较好,由含化合物相图提取活度有效性较差.另外,引入R ichardson假设后,对计算值的精度有所提高.Based on methods of calculating activities from binary phase diagrams, the component activity data of 42 binary liquid alloys are calculated under the conditions of regular solution' s and Richardson' s assumption. The total average relative errors between calculated values and experimental data under two different conditions are as follows: For phase diagrams containing solid solution, the results are 6.9% and 5.8% respectively; For phase diagrams involving two liquid phase, the results are 7.0% and 5.4% ; For phase diagrams involving intermediate compounds, the results are 18% and 16% ; For simple eutectic phase diagrams, the results are 6.5% and 7.1%. The study results show that methods of calculating activities from simple eutectic phase diagrams and phase diagrams containing solid solution or involving two liquid phase are quite efficient, the effectiveness of method is relatively poor for phase diagrams involving intermediate compounds. Besides, the accuracy of the calculated values is improved a little after the introduction of Richardson' s assumption.
