摘　　要：目的：探讨应用封闭式负压引流技术治疗大面积皮肤创伤的护理要点。方法：对1例腰、臀、骶尾部外伤后致感染创面患者应用封闭负压引流术治疗。结果：创面愈合良好，无并发症发生。结论：进行针对性的心理护理，辅于双途径营养支持，确保引流管通畅及维持有效负压是保证治疗效果的关键。Objective： To investigate the nursing experience of vacuum sealing drainage in one sever injury. Methods： Apply vacuum sealing drainage in one sever injury. Results： The wound heals well and no complications occurred. Conclusion. Application of direction psychological nursing intervention, nutritional support, ensuring the drainage-tube smooth and maintaining the effective negative pressure are key steps to guarantee the therapeutic effect.
