老年人与55岁以下成人结核性胸膜炎的临床对比

摘　　要：目的通过临床常用指标的对比分析,找出老年人与成人结核性胸膜炎不同的治疗方案。方法选择在我科住院的被临床诊断为结核性胸膜炎胸腔积液患者80例,65岁以上48例为老年组,55~20岁为成人组,分别对其抽液次数、胸水量,以及抽出的第一次胸液的各项指标值,应用13.0版本的SPSS软件进行对比分析。结果老年组结核性胸膜炎胸腔积液患者的胸水量、抽液次数均高于55岁以下为成人组;而在胸水的蛋白量、ADA、LDH、细胞数等指标方面,55岁以下为成人组结核性胸腔积液者又高于老年组。结论成人结核性胸膜炎胸腔积液的炎性反应强于老年患者。Objective Through the contrast analysis used clinically index,to choose a different treatments.Methods Selection in our department of hospitalization by clinical diagnosis for tuberculous pleurisy 80 cases of patients with pleural effusion,65 and 48 cases for the elderly group,55~20 for ChengRenZu respectively,the its draw liquid water,and frequently,chest out first chest the indexs,application of liquid 13.0 version of SPSS software are compared and analyzed.Results The elderly group tuberculous pleurisy pleural effusion patients with chest water,extraction liquid number are higher than 55 years old the following for ChengRenZu;While in hydrothorax protein quantity,ADA and LDH,cell count as indexes,55 years old the following for ChengRenZu tuberculous pleural effusion prep above the elderly group.Conclusion elderly tuberculous pleurisy. Conclusion Adult tuberculous pleurisy pleural effusion inflammatory responses than older patients.
