摘　　要：目的通过对吻合口溃疡特点分析,探讨吻合口溃疡的最佳治疗方法。方法回顾分析2005年12月～2008年12月我科诊治的吻合口溃疡25例的临床表现、胃镜下特点和治疗效果进行分析,探讨有效的诊治方法。结果吻合口溃疡男性多发于女性,以单个溃疡多见,毕Ⅱ式空肠侧多见,内科治愈23例,2例外科手术治愈。结论吻合口溃疡为一种特殊溃疡,首先治疗为内科药物和内镜下治疗,对于出现并发症的需要外科手术治疗。Aim To analyze the characteristics of stomal ulcer,and to explore the best treatment of stomal ulcer.Methods From December 2005 to December 2008,our department diagnosed and treated 25 cases of stomal ulcer.Their clinical manifestations,endoscopic features and treatment were analyzed to explore the effective methods of diagnosis and treatment.Results Stomal ulcers occurred in men more than women,a single ulcer more than common,Billroth Ⅱ anastomoses more common side jejunum.23 cases,and 2 cases of surgical operation cured.Conclusion The prior treatments of stomal ulcer,a special ulcer are medical drugs and endoscopic therapy.These with complications need surgical treatment.
