少齿差行星齿轮减速器故障树分析

摘　　要：为了计算行星减速器的运行失效概率及可靠度,运用故障树分析法对少齿差行星齿轮减速器系统建立了结构分析图和故障发生逻辑模型,并对整个系统进行了定量分析,给出了故障树结构函数。通过寻找系统故障谱,分析了减速器的可靠度,为改善系统可靠运行提供了依据。To calculate planetary gear reducer running failure probability and reliability, a quantitative analysis is carried out using a fault tree method on the logical model of the fuzzy fault of planetary reducer with less gear number difference and structure analysis. A qualitative analysis is done by setting up a structure function based on the fault tree method to find the fault spectrum. Further calculation of the reliability of reducer provides a foundation to improve reliability of the system operation.
