摘　　要：介绍了姜黄植物染料的组成特点、提取工艺和方法等,重点归纳分析了国内姜黄染料的改性和应用研究状况,指出姜黄染料具有优良的染色性能和染色效率,但仍需要进一步开展研究,促进其尽快产业化。This paper introduces the composition characteristics of the plant dyestuffin turmeric, the extraction technology and methods, mainly analyzes its modification progress and application in China, and points out that though turmeric dye possesses good dyeing properties and dyeing efficiency, further research is still to be done in order to promote its industrialization as soon as possible.
