摘　　要：传统的学生学业评价模式已不适应当前的高职教育教学,必须建立与高职人才培养模式相适应的学生学业评价模式,才能实现高职人才培养目标。文章阐述了多元学业评价模式在《国际贸易实务》课中的应用,调动了学生学习的积极性与主动性,学生可及时弥补自身的不足,有效提高就业竞争力和岗位适应能力。Traditional student academic assessment mode has no longer adapted to present higher vocational education. A new student academic assessment mode which adapts to the cultivation mode of higher vocational talents must be set up so as to realize the objective of higher vocational talents cultivation. This paper expounds the application of pluralistic academic assessment in the course of International Trade Affairs, which arouses the enthusiasm and initiative of the students. The students can make up what they lack and efficiently improve the employment competitiveness and the ability to adapt to the position.
