正常C57BL/6J小鼠器官组织中胸腺间质淋巴细胞生成素的表达

摘　　要：目的观察正常小鼠各种器官组织中胸腺间质淋巴细胞生成素(thymicstromal lymphopoietin,TSLP)的表达。方法利用Real-time PCR、免疫荧光法检测正常C57BL/6J小鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肠、胸腺、阴道中TSLP的表达。结果心、肝、脾、肺、肾、肠、胸腺、阴道中均有TSLP表达,其中心、肝、肾、阴道表达较高,肠道表达最低(P<0.01)。结论 TSLP在正常C57BL/6J小鼠许多器官组织中均有表达,但以心、肝、肾、阴道黏膜中表达较高。Objective To study the expression of thymic stromal lymphopoietin（TSLP） in a variety of organs and tissues of normal C57BL/6J mice.Methods TSLP expression in heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,intestine,thymus,and vagina of normal C57BL/6J mice was determined by real-time PCR and immunofluorescence.Results TSLP expression occurred in heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,intestine,thymus,and vaginal mucosa,with the highest in heart,liver,kidney and vaginal mucosa,and the lowest in intestine（P〈0.01）.Conclusion TSLP can express in various organs and tissues of normal C57BL/6J mice,especially in heart,liver,kidney and vaginal mucosa.
