医学信息管理人才职业导向型培养的实证研究

摘　　要：目的了解医院信息化建设和医疗市场对医学信息管理人才的需求现况及对此方面人才知识结构和能力的要求。方法对医院和医疗相关企业进行问卷调查,对数据进行频数统计分析。结果被调查单位中,已建成医院信息化管理系统的占44.9%,已配备医学信息管理人才的占41.4%,急需和需要医学信息管理人才的占91.9%。并认为医学信息管理人才应具备网络、信息分析和病案管理知识,分析、动手和管理能力。结论医院需要大量具备综合性知识和实用性能力的医学信息管理人才。Objective To understand the demand state and knowledge structure of the talents and capabilities of the medical information management personnel in the field of the construction of hospital information and medical market. Methods Questionnaire survey was made in hospitals and medical related enterprises. The results of the investigation were analyzed with statistical frequency analysis. Results Of the investigation units,44.9% established hospital information management systems, 41.4% equipped with medical information management personnel, and 91.9% were in urgent need for medical information management personnel. It is suggested that medical information management personnel should have the knowledge of network, information analysis and case management, and the capability of operation and administration. Conclusion The hospitals need to have medical information management personnel with both comprehensive knowledge and operational capability.
