对体育强国建设中社会体育资源观的几点认识

摘　　要：社会体育资源决定了我国社会体育发展的进程与水平,如何配置、开发与利用社会体育资源建立在如何正确认识资源上。社会体育资源观主要体现为发展观、系统观、辩证观与成本观,四者相互联系、相互制约,形成了社会体育资源的整体观。Social sports resources in China have decided the development process and level of social sports. So how to configure , develop and utilize social sports resources is based on how to correctly understand resources. As far as the nature and characteristics of resources are concerned, the paper believes that the conception of social sports resouces is mainly embodied in development, system, dialectics and cost, the four of which are corelated with and restricted by each other, forming the overall concept of social sports resources.
