女子跳高运动员郑幸娟技战术特点及其突破点的诊断分析

摘　　要：以我国优秀女子跳高运动员郑幸娟为研究对象,运用生物力学测试法等方法对其运动技术特征进行研究,发现郑幸娟在一定高度下比赛心理控制能力不足,技术变形大;助跑中助跑弧度小、身体内倾不够、肩轴扭转过大;起跳中起跳着地内倾小、水平速度损失大、旋转动量小。通过这些分析,建议适当增大助跑弧度,加大身体内倾,增大起跳水平速度,提高过杆放腿意识。With the Chinese elite woman high -jumper ZhengXingJuan as the study object, the paper, by using bi- omechanical testing methods, makes a study of her technique features, with the result indicating her defects at a certain height, such as insufficient psychological control ability, obvious technique deformation, insufficient radian in run - up, inadequate inward inclination, too exaggerated shoulder axis twisting, timid inward inclination on takeoff, loss of hori- zontal speed and weak rotating momentum. The analysis brings about the suggestions of suitable enlargement of run - up radian, strengthening the body inward inclination, increasing the horizontal speed of take - off and improving the sense of clearing amcebar.
