摘　　要：对第21届温哥华冬奥会上取得优异运动成绩的加拿大、德国、美国、挪威等国家的冬奥实力进行了分析,找出其成功的主要因素,以便中国国家体育总局冬季奥运项目管理中心及有关部门及时了解各国主要竞争实力,并能从其成功因素中吸取一定的经验,更好的为我国冬季竞技体育的发展提供应对措施和决策参考。The paper analyzes the competitive strength of Canada, Germany, the United States, Norway and other countries that achieved outstanding results at the 21 Vancouver Olympic winter games to find out the main factors for their success, the purpose of which is for the China State General Administration of Snorts and winter Olympics project management centers as well as the relevant departments to realize the main competition strength of all countries and to learn from their success factors.
