摘　　要：为了使科研人员更方便地使用船舶试验数据,采用VB与Matlab混合编程,开发了一套集数据提取、数据处理、建模、仿真及比较功能于一体的实船数据处理、建模及仿真系统,利用"育鲲"轮试验数据对本系统进行测试,测试效果令人满意。系统界面美观,简捷易用,功能完备。In order to make it more convenient for the researcher to use the ship test data for scientfic research, me ship data processing, modelling and simulation system was developed by using VB and Matlab mixing programming technology, which could be used to complete data extraction, data processing, modeling, simulation and other tasks. The system test was proceeding through the use of the ship test data from ＂YUKUN＂, and test result was satisfactory. This system has the merits of good looking interface, easy interaction and comprehensive functions.
