摘  要:除盐水装置阴阳床再生废液表现出强酸性或强碱性,由于pH值超标不能直接排放水体,需中和处理合格后排放。而现有酸碱中和系统处理能力不足,而且部分中和设施及设备老化、损坏,自动控制手段落后,难以达标排放;通过对其存在问题的分析,提出了改造方案并进行了实施,取得了较好的效果。In desalted water unit,anion-exchanger or cation exchanger regenerated water was acid or alkaline.As the pH value exceeded,water couldn't be discharged directly,and after the neutralization treatment,the water can be discharged directly.But the current acid and alkali neutralization system of the desalted water unit being short capacity of treated the regenerated water,some appliance were ageing,damaged,and automatic control means were backward,and the discharged water can not reaching national standards before emitting to water bodies.Through the analysis of the problems,the reform plan was proposed and got implementation,and good results were achieved.
