蒙药升阳十一味丸对三种人消化系肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用

摘　　要：目的:研究蒙药升阳十一味丸对体外培养的人胃癌MGC—803细胞、结肠癌LoVo细胞、胰腺癌PC-3细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用不同浓度升阳十一味丸处理细胞后,通过MTT法检测升阳十一味丸对三种癌细胞生长的影响,并计算增殖抑制率;应用倒置光显微镜观察细胞形态改变。结果:MTT显示,蒙药升阳十一味丸能抑制人三种消化系肿瘤细胞的增殖,并具有良好的量效关系;光镜下可见药物作用后,胃癌MGC-803细胞呈现凋亡细胞的形态改变;结肠癌LoVo细胞、胰腺癌PC-3细胞呈现坏死细胞的形态改变。结论:蒙药升阳十一味丸对三种肿瘤细胞的增殖具有明显的抑制作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of inner Mongolia drug shengyangshiyiweiwan on proliferation of gastric cancer MGC -803, humand colon cancer LOVO cell and pancreatic cancer cell PC -3 in vitro. Methods： MTT assay was used to examine the inhibitory effect of shengyangshiyiweiwan on three cancer cells, and calculate the inhibitory rate of proliferation; the cell morphologic changes was observed by reverse discrepancy microscope. Results： MTT assay showed shengyangshiyiweiwan has proliferation inhibiting effect on three gastrointestinal carcinomas cells in dose and time dependent manners ; after treating on MGC - 803 cells with shengyangshiweiwan, morphologic changes of apoptosis were observed by reverse discrepancy microscope; but LOVO cells and pancreatic carcinoma cells morphologic changes of necrosis was found. Conclusion： shengyangshiweiwan has significant inhibition of prolifer- ation for three cancer ceils in vitro.
