摘　　要：目的通过对上海浦东建筑工地的民工进行预防艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为调查,了解其艾滋病相关的知识、态度和行为,并探讨其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取上海市浦东区22个大中型建筑工地,选择2287名民工作为研究对象,进行面对面的问卷调查。结果建筑工地民工艾滋病病毒自愿咨询检测(VCT)知晓率为17.7%。不同性别、年龄、教育程度、月收入及打工城市数量的民工艾滋病相关知识得分间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。大部分人对艾滋病患者及携带病毒者都有歧视和偏见。发生婚前性行为的130名未婚民工均为男性,16.2%为商业性行为,46.9%的人从不用安全套。结论艾滋病相关知识和VCT知晓率在民工中水平普遍不高,因此开展建筑工地的民工预防艾滋病综合干预模式研究具有重要意义。Objective To find out the conditions of knowledge awareness, attitude, and practice （KAP） about HIV/ AIDS prevention, and their influencing factor, we conducted the KAP survey among rural migrant workers in construction sites of Pudong new district in Shanghai. Methods The randomly cluster sampling was taken in enrolling 2 287 rural migrant workers from 22 large and medium - sized construction sites in Shanghai Pudong new district, questionnaires about HIV/AIDS were face - to - face conducted among the workers. Results The awareness rate of VCT （ voluntary counseling and testing） for HIV in the subjects was 17.7%. there were significant differences in scores of relative knowledge about HIV/AIDS among them with differ- ent sexes, ages, education backgrounds, monthly salaries and numbers of cities where they once worked （P 〈0. 01 ）. Most people have the discrimination and prejudice to the AIDS patients and HIV carriers. All 130 workers who had premarital sex be- havior were male, 16. 2% of them did it as commercial sexual behavior, and 46. 9% of them never used condom. Conclusion The awareness rates of relative knowledge of HIV/AIDS and VCT are generally lower among the rural migrant workers, therefore it is of important significance to conduct the research on model of compound intervention in prevention of HIV/AIDS among rural migrant workers in construction sites.
