彝族验方葛根茯苓汤防醉酒作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:了解彝族验方葛根茯苓汤的防醉酒作用。方法:通过小鼠乙醇急性中毒实验,小鼠平衡失调实验,小鼠醉酒睡眠实验,大鼠胃溃疡实验,观察不同剂量葛根茯苓汤水煎液一次性灌服的防醉酒作用和抗乙醇性胃溃疡作用。结果:葛根茯苓汤各剂量均可明显降低乙醇急性中毒小鼠死亡率,增加转棒未坠落小鼠数,延长醉酒睡眠潜伏期,缩短醉酒睡眠时间;高剂量组可降低乙醇性大鼠的胃溃疡指数。结论:彝族验方葛根茯苓汤对小鼠酒精急性中毒有预防作用,并能对抗乙醇引起的小鼠平衡失调及大鼠胃黏膜损伤。Objective： To observe the effect of Yi People＇s proved recipe GegengFuling decoction anti -ebriety. Method ： To get the message of action of GegengFuling decoction anti -ebriety and antigastrelcoma hy mice ethanol acute intoxication,mice dysequilibrium, mice ebriety,rats gastrelcoma Experiments in drench once. Result： Various dose of GegengFuling decoction can obviously cut down death rate of mice in ethanol acute intoxication, increase No - Falling mice of dysequilibrium exefiment,lengthen ebriety deep ateney period,shorten lasting ebfiety sleep period and lower rats＇ s ulcer index induced by drenching ethanol.Conclusion： Yi People＇s proved recipe GegengFuling decoction has a prevention effect on mice ethanol acute intoxication,resists condition of mice dysequrlibrium, improves mice ebrlety sleep period and alleviates rats＇ s ulcer induced by ethanol.
