摘　　要：中国文人,受儒家思想影响,无不汲汲于功名,但大多历尽挫折,只能划归失败者之列,而且名气愈大,挫折愈深,同时挫折越大,成就越高,其原因令人深思。苏轼就是这些人中的代表。从苏轼本人的诗文和各种文学作品对苏轼的描述来看,苏轼超脱旷达、率性无拘、蔑视功名,这种性格和态度是他仕途失败的关键所在,也是他在文坛上取得成功的重要因素。Chinese Literati are invariably pursuing position and occupation influenced by Confucianism,yet most who withstand frustrations should be assigned to losers.The greater reputation and frustration,higher achievement,and the reasons are provocative for us.SU Shi is one representative of these literati.As is seen from SU Shi＇s own poems and description for him in various literary words,being unconventional and broad-minded,Straight forwardness,contempt of fame and fortune which are key to his failure in official career,but also a key factor of his success in literary world.
