摘　　要：WS系列越野车底盘轮边减速器设计寿命30万千米,实际使用中的寿命仅为8000-10000km,系未达到设计寿命产生的早期失效。通过对设计、选材、热处理金相、机械性能和制造工艺等方面进行分析,确定了早期失效的原因。根据使用要求,提出了改进设计的方案。The designed life of wheel reducer of WS series off-road vehicle chassis is three hundred thousand kilometers,but practical life can not satisfy designed requirement and just is from eight to ten thousand kilometers.Based on analysis of design,selecting material,metallographic examination,mechanical properties and manufacturing process,the reason of earlier failure is found.According to the requirement,the improvement of wheel driver design is presented.
