摘  要:选取大庆油田长垣地区高含水油井北2-D4-53井为模拟井,根据工况建立数值分析模型,模拟不同分流比条件下的油相体积分数分布,以及入口含油体积分数为2.0%~5.0%时的分离性能.结果表明:该井最佳分流比为25%,入口含油体积分数为2.0%~5.0%时对分离效率影响不大.现场调节采出螺杆泵和注入螺杆泵的配比为25%,经分离系统处理后的液体含油体积分数及简化效率与模拟结果有一定差距,但设计的井下油水旋流分离器能够达到85%以上的简化效率.A high water content oil well,N 2-D4-53,in Daqing Changyuan areas was selected as the simulation well in this paper.Numerical model was established according to the actual condition of the well.The oil phase distribution and the influence on the separation performance with the inlet oil phase volume fraction changed among 2.0%~5.0% was simulated.The results show that the optimal split ratio was 25% and the inlet oil volume fraction changed among 2.0%~5.0% has little effect on separation performance.The ratio of 25% was adjusted to the export and import screw pumps in the field.The results of oil volume fraction and simplified efficiency of the liquid that was treated by the system and software simulation results have a certain gap,but the design of downhole oil/water hydrocyclone can still reach more than 85% simplified efficiency.
