摘  要:文章采用粉末冶金烧结法制备了不同Ni2+摩尔分数的Ni-Zn铁氧体粉料,并采用XRD、SEM、VSM对粉体进行表征,采用MATS-2000型磁性材料自动测量仪对环形磁芯进行测量。研究结果表明:样品的比饱和磁化强度随x的增大先增大后减小,在x=0.6达到最大值43.82 A·m/kg;环形磁芯的剩磁随x的增大先增大后减小,在x=0.2达到最小值0.31 T;内禀矫顽力随x增大先减小后增大,在x=0.6达到最小值3.9 kA/m。Ni-Zn ferrites with NixZn1-xFe2O4(with x=0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8) were prepared by the powder metallurgy sintering method.Ni-Zn ferrites powder were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).Magnetic properties of Ni-Zn ferrites circular magnetic core were studied by MATS-2000 automatic magnetism measuring instrument.It was found that the saturation magnetization of NixZn1-xFe2O4 powder increased firstly and decreased afterwards with the increase of x,and reached its maximum of 43.8 A·m/kg when x=0.6.The residual magnetic flux density(Br) of NixZn1-xFe2O4 circular magnetic core increased and then decreased with the increase of x,and reached its minimum of 0.31 T when x=0.2.The coercive force(Hc) decreased and then increased with the increase of x,and reached its minimum of 3.9 kA/m when x=0.6.
