摘　　要：文章以安徽某氯碱化工集团PVC糊树脂厂为研究对象,探索工业水网络的优化设计;在分析该厂用水现状的基础上,采用数学规划法,建立了废水回用网络优化模型;利用GAMS通用软件优化计算,得到了经优化的用水网络和最小新鲜水耗用量,并通过水网络结构的调整,提出了最终水回用方案。The PVC paste resin plant of a chlor-alkali chemical industry group in Anhui Province is taken as the research object and the optimization design of the water network for this plant is carried out.On the basis of the status quo of water utilization of the plant,a wastewater reuse network model is proposed for the plant by means of the mathematical programming method.The optimal water network and the minimum amount of fresh water consumption are obtained by using the general algebraic modeling system（GAMS）.Then the ultimate water reuse scheme is made according to the adjustment of water network structure.
