摘　　要：介绍了一种基于DSP的测试空气压缩机示功图的新方法,描述了空气压缩机示功图测试系统的工作原理及硬件结构,阐述了软件各模块的功能及绘制示功图的方法。该测试系统能实时反映空气压缩机在各种工作状态下的示功图,实现了压缩机运行状态的实时监测。The paper describes a new method of the dynamometer test air compressor,described the air compressor dynamometer test system hardware structure of the principle and to explain the function of the software modules and the mapping of the indicator diagram of the method.The system is based on the DSP compressor dynamometer testing system in real time,and real-time picture of air compressors in a variety of work under the indicator diagram to realize the real-time monitoring of the compressor running.
