摘　　要：在研究微博信息传播机制的基础上,结合信息空间模型构建了微博舆情的三维空间,运用层次分析法,建立了微博舆情监测指标体系。该指标体系综合考查了社会类指标与技术类指标、舆情主体与舆情受众之间的关系,并给出了不同指标的量化计算方法,为管理者实行舆情疏导提供了决策上的支持。Based on the research of information broadcasting mechanism in Micro-blogging,three-dimensional space of public opinion in Micro-blogging is constructed by integrating Information Space model,and a monitoring index-system is established through AHP（Analytic Hierarchy Process）.The system takes both social and technical indexes,the relationship between subjects and audiences into consideration,and presents quantization calculation method of each index,which provides decision-making support to dredge public opinion for managers.
