摘  要:为应对图书馆面临的竞争威胁,利用波特五力模型分析图书馆事业面临的四种外部竞争压力的挑战,以及他们各自的强弱程度和相互之间的正反馈效应,并在此基础上提出图书馆的竞争战略,即应对替代品威胁:基础业务的成本领先战略、增值业务的差异化战略;应对用户压力:扩大影响和宣传、加强用户研究;应对供应商压力:图书馆联盟的建设、开放获取资源的组织、业务流程的向前整合。To cope with the external competitive pressures faced by libraries,this paper uses the "Five Forces Model" to analyze the four competitive forces that libraries face as well as the positive feedback effect from them,and proposes some strategies for libraries: the overall cost leadership strategy for basic services and the differentiation strategy for value-added services in response to the threat of substitute products;paying more attention to self publicity and users mining in response to bargaining power of users;improving the construction of Library Consortia,organizing the open access resources and forward-integrating of business process in response to the bargaining power of suppliers.
