摘　　要：知识社会的来临,突显了政府知识管理的重要性。国内政府知识管理研究始于20世纪末。近5年来,它已成为国内学界关注的热点,但还未有学者对其作出系统梳理。因此,基于相关文献,对国内政府知识管理研究的主要方面,即政府知识管理的涵义和特征、要素和模型、障碍和策略,作系统综述和简要展望,以利于政府知识管理理论与实践的进一步拓展。With the coming of knowledge society, government knowledge management （ GKM ） has become more and more important. Domestic GKM research started from the end of last century, and it has become one of the most heated topics in recent five years. However, there is no comprehensive and systemic analysis about associated literature so far. To promote the further development of GKM theory and practice, this paper reviewed the principal aspects and prospected the developing trend of domestic GKM research around its implication, characteristics, key elements, models, obstacles and tactics.
