摘　　要：在工业社会向信息社会转型时期,信息资源管理已经并将继续成为企业获取竞争优势的重要手段。选取三个企业作为案例分析对象,通过调查分析,按照信息、人员、技术、设备设施、资金、组织、环境等七要素分析信息资源管理现状,发现企业信息资源管理的战略规划、信息体制、人员信息素养、信息标准、信息绩效、信息资金投入等方面存在的问题,进而提出将信息资源管理规划纳入企业总体战略、规范管理标准、提升信息能力、完善CIO机制、引进和培养人才、提高资金使用效率等对策。In social transformation age,information resources management（IRM） has become an important means to gain competitive advantage.At first,this paper selects three companies as the object of case study and sums up the status of the three companies＇ IRM based on information resources＇ seven elements.Secondly,it finds problems of enterprise IRM on strategic planning,system,information literacy,standardization,efficiency and funding.At last,countermeasures are put forward to improve the IRM level with integrating IRM plan into the overall strategy of enterprises,standardizing enterprise information resource management,enhancing the information competency of the enterprise,improving the CIO mechanisms,introducing and training of personnel,and improving fund usage.
