摘　　要：魏晋南北朝时期,各封建王朝对尊老、养老工作高度重视,制定了养老于学校、赐官爵、赐几杖等尊老、养老制度和礼仪,并采取了设置国家养老机构、收养孤寡老人、赈济生活用品、减免其家人赋税徭役、刑律优免等具体的救助措施,使老人们得以老有所养,对家庭和睦和社会秩序的稳定也起到一定的积极作用。The rulers of Wei-Jin dynasties and Southern and Northern dynasties paid great attention to the work of respecting and caring for the old, formulated varied policies and etiquettes such as caring for the old in school, bestowing on position and sticks to the old, and carried out a series of measures such as setting up governmental organization for the old, caring for the lonely old people by country, reducing taxes of their family and punishment, etc. These policies and measures made the old with support, and had an active affection on family harmony and social stability.
