论“一国两制”对“和平解放”政策的发展

摘　　要：邓小平的"一国两制"构想是对毛泽东、周恩来提出的"和平解放"政策的继承和发展。毛泽东、周恩来从实际出发,在"和平解放"西藏、台湾问题上提出了暂时允许其保存现存制度的思想,这对邓小平后来创造性地提出"一国两制"科学构想具有重要的启迪意义。邓小平在四个方面深受毛泽东、周恩来"和平解放"政策的影响,又在四个方面创新发展了"和平解放"政策。"和平解放"与"一国两制"是一脉相承又与时俱进的科学思想体系。Deng Xiaopin＇ s conception of ＂one country two systems＂ is the inheritance and development of ＂peaceful liberation＂ policy, which was proposed by Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai. Proceeding from the reality, Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai come up with the ideas that the existing systems can be saved on the issue of ＂peaceful liberation＂ of Tibet and Taiwan. This has very great important enlightening significance for the scientific conception of ＂one country two systems＂ creatively put forward by Deng afterwards. Influenced by ＂peaceful liberation＂ policy of Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai on four aspects, Deng Xiaoping innovatively develops the ＂peaceful liberation＂ policy on four aspects as well. ＂Peaceful liberation＂ and ＂one country two systems＂ come down in a continuous line, and as well as the scientific ideology keeping pace with the times. We believe that under the guidance of the conception of ＂one country two systems＂, the reunification of the motherland will come true in the foreseeable future.
