摘　　要：新疆新化化肥有限责任公司合成氨装置(I套)在运行过程中存在一定的问题,本文运用化工模拟软件对该装置进行模拟分析,发现废热锅炉在运行中存在能力不足的问题,通过软件模拟分析并用MATLAB的数据拟合得到废热锅炉换热面积及锅炉给水流量与废热锅炉出口温度的关系,并用EX-CEL的规划求解功能得到废热锅炉所需的换热面积和冷流体流量。Some problems exist during the running process in the ammonia plant in Xinjiang Chemical Fertilizer Plant. It is found that the capacity of waste heat boiler is insufficient after simulating and analyzing by chemical simulation software. The heat exchange area and the relation between the boiler feedwater and the waste heat boiler outlet temperature is obtained by the data fitting of MAT LAB, then the heat exchange area and the flow of water needed is obtained by the programming solution of EXCEL.
