摘 要:集装箱码头的规划布置涉及多种复杂的影响因素,是系统性设计和不断优化的过程。本研究采用eM-plant软件模拟集装箱码头备选方案的作业系统,并根据实时统计生成仿真数据库;采用专家调研法和层次分析法创建尽可能全面反映备选方案信息的评价指标体系,并赋予各评价指标不同的权重;结合码头作业系统仿真模拟运行的情况,综合运用层次分析法和灰色关联度分析法,对备选方案的码头作业能力进行多层次加权灰色关联评价,以实现对码头规划方案的优选。The layout of container terminal is regarded as a systematic design and optimizing process that involve many complicated factors. The eM-plant software is adopted to simulate the operational system of container terminal in the alternative layout, and build a simulation database based on real-time statistics. The expert investigation method is combined with hierarchy analysis method to build an evaluation index system which reflects the alternative layout as much as possible, and the above evaluation indexes are endowed with different weights. By combining with the detail of operational system simulation running, hierarchy analysis and grey correlation analysis are applied synthetically to get the multi-level weighted grey-correlation evaluation for terminal operational capability in the alternative layout. So the best layout of container terminal will be selected.
