摘　　要：以巴基斯坦卡西姆港集装箱码头工程为例,介绍该项目从竞投标、准备到实施阶段的主要工作内容,重点分析"以设计为核心,兼顾施工条件和采购渠道"的EPC模式的优势,总结以设计为核心的EPC模式在该项目建设中取得的经验,为我国工程企业境外总承包工程提供参考。Pakistan Qasim International Container Terminal Project is used as an example to introduce major work in three stages of tendering and bidding, project preparation and implementation; analyze the advantages of EPC mode in which design is the core, and attention is given to construction condition and procurement channel; summarize successful experience of EPC mode with the core of design in Qasim International Container Terminal Project, which will provide the reference for Chinese engineering enterprises contracting overseas EPC project.
