摘  要:目的建立氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定生活用水用聚氯化铝中砷的方法。方法取处理好的样品用原子荧光光度计直接测定。结果在本法条件下绘制标准曲线(0.0~20.0)μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限0.077μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.0%,加标回收率为86.2%~108.5%。氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定结果与二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银分光光度法测定结果无统计学意义。结论用该法测定生活用水用聚氯化铝中砷结果满意。Objective To develop a method for the determination of arsenic in poly aluminium chloride for treatment of drinking water with hydride generation AFS.Methods The samples were dissoved by acid and reacted with KBH4 and determined with hydride generation AFS.Results liner range is(0.0~20.0)μg/L,the relative standard deviation(RSD)1.0 %,the detection limit of hydride genereationAFS was 0.077ug/L,Recoveries of standard additions were in the rang of 86.2 % to 108.5 %.The results of Hydride genration AFS and DDC-Ag are not different.Conclusion It was a better method in determination of arsenic in poly aluminium chloride for treatment of drinking water.
