间接喉镜和支撑喉镜下声带息肉摘除疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较间接喉镜与支撑喉镜下摘除声带息肉的疗效,探讨不同声带息肉手术方式的选择。方法对我院本科2006年1月至2011年1月采用间接喉镜和支撑喉镜治疗的声带息肉病例(共438例)的术后随访资料进行回顾性分析,比较两种术式治疗声带息肉的疗效。结果两种手术方式的近期疗效无显著性差异。结论声带息肉是一种常见病,间接喉镜下间接喉钳息肉摘除和支撑喉镜下息肉摘除是其手术治疗的两种术式,只要病例和术式选择适当就能取得满意效果。Objective To compare the effect between indirect laryngoscopy and support laryngoscopy for removal of the vocal cords polyps,and discuss the choice of the ways of different operation.Methods 438 patients with vocal polyps who were cured by indirect laryngoscopy and support laryngoscope in January 2006 to January 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were no significant difference between the two kinds of surgical procedure.Conclusion Vocal cords polyps is a kind of common disease,under indirect laryngoscopy indirect laryngeal clamp polyps removal and under support laryngoscope the polyps removal are the methods of two kinds of surgical treatment,as long as the appropriate choice of surgical cases and operation,the satisfactory results can be achieved.
