一类新的T细胞亚群“Th9”与炎症相关因子IL-9之间关系的研究进展

摘　　要：辅助性T细胞从20年前的Th1和Th2报道至今,又增加了很多新成员,如Th17和Tregs等。这类辅助性T细胞是以分泌IL-9和IL-10为主。IL-9主要是与过敏性寄生虫感染、哮喘、遗传性过敏症和脑脊髓炎有关,因此,从细胞免疫学角度揭示了IL-9与Th9的关系,可以进一步达到治疗相关疾病的目的。就与之相关的研究进行了综述。Twenty years ago,the Th1 and Th2 were reported.Up to now,the assistant T cell has increased lots of new member such as Th17 and Tregs and so on.This kind of assistant T cell mainly excreted IL-9 and IL-10.IL-9 is mainly related to the allergic parasites infection,asthma,hereditary hypersensitivity and encephalomyelitis.Therefore it revealed the relationship between IL-9 and Th9 from the angle of cellular immunity,and it could further achieve the aim of curing the relevance disease.The paper made the summarization for the related research.
