皖江城市带两大省管集中区建设问题探讨

摘　　要：皖江城市带两大省管集中区建设虽初见成效,但挑战仍多,尤其是在功能界定、基础设施建设、内外关系协调、产业错位发展、融资与管理体制等方面,尚需先行先试,创新应对,以进一步明确产城一体化方向、凸显区域产业特色、建立多样化引智渠道、拓宽多层次融资方式、开创管理服务新模式。Although some achievements have been made in the constructions of the two industrial centralization areas,there still have been some challenges ahead,especially in the problems of the function definition,the integration of infrastructure construction,coordination of all kinds of relationships,industry development of centralization areas,the financing and the management system and so on.So we need take many new specific measures to solve them： such as making sure the definition of production city integration,highlighting industry characteristics,establishing diverse channels of introduction and training of talents,broadening the multi-level financing channels and improving new model of management systems.
