摘　　要：利用过程方法对电力设备制造企业的外包运作过程和资源风险进行了分析.根据组织外包过程的绩效目标,在识别并分析外包供方运作资源的基础上,建立了电力设备制造外包供方评价指标体系.利用主成分分析法,构建了电力设备制造外包供方的评价模型.以河南省电力装备制造企业的外包过程为对象进行了实证研究,证明了本方法的有效性,为组织规避外包供方风险、科学选择外包供方提供了方法支持.By using process approach, the outsourcing operation and the risk of resources in power equipment manufacturing enterprises are analyzed. According to the performance goals of outsourcing process, based on the identifying and analyzing of the resources of outsourcing suppliers, the evaluation indexes system for power equipment manufacturing outsourcing supplier is established. Using principal component analysis approach, the evaluation model for power equipment manufacturing outsourcing supplier is given. Finally, the empirical study is carried out aiming at the power equipment manufacturing enterprises in Henan province to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the method proposed. This study provides a method for organizations to avoid outsourcing risk and selection suppliers scientifically.
